The Perfect Technique

I think it would be amazing if there was one perfect technique.  One that fixed everything, adjusted everything and made it all perfect in one fell swoop. I’ll keep looking for it.  In 18 years of practicing and continually learning different chiropractic techniques I have yet to see it.

Social media loves to make you believe that whatever they are selling/advertising/marketing/promoting is the best there is of everything and is the only answer to all of your problems.  Humans however, tend to be a bit more complicated than that.  Our problems can last for decades and stem from diet, posture, lifestyle, emotions, subtle energies, birth, trauma, toxicity, etc.  One problem can have layers upon layers of different types of healing that needs to be done.  How could one specific technique fix all of those things?

If we look at healing as more of a journey and a learning process then we can have a better concept of it.  Let’s not expect all to be fixed in one visit to one chiropractor.  While those incredible healings happen all of the time, are very possible, and are some of my favorite things in life to witness, please don’t expect it after one visit to one type chiropractor.  Maybe you need a different technique.  Maybe you need to meditate.  Maybe you need a diet change or an acupuncturist.  Maybe you need to exercise and turn off your WiFi.  Who knows? But it’s more fun to take that journey and find out than anything you’ll find on Netflix.  Ride the ride.  Take the plunge.  Enjoy life and make it better.  Healing is fun.
